Questions about this website's content, a correction, or a broken link — this is the right place. Questions about an order you have already placed need to go to the seller.

Editorial and corrections

Response time: within two business days

Include the page URL and the specific line you believe is wrong. If you have a photograph of the actual Supplement Facts panel from a Sodatide bottle, please send it. The label publishes no CFU count at all; a photograph of your bottle's Supplement Facts panel would let us report real figures and improve this site more than anything else.

Order, delivery and refund enquiries

Medical questions

We cannot answer questions about your own health or medication. Two things are worth raising with a pharmacist or doctor specifically: whether live probiotic cultures are appropriate for you, which matters if you are immunocompromised or managing a gastrointestinal condition, and whether unexplained weight change or persistent digestive symptoms warrant assessment. The second is more important than the first. Never reduce or stop a prescribed medication to try a supplement.

Before you contact anyone about a refund

1. Find your order number and the exact purchase date.
2. Count the days — the stated window is 60 from purchase.
3. Write to the support address on your confirmation email.
4. Ask for a returns authorisation and address in writing before shipping anything.
5. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
6. Keep every reply until the money is back on your card.
